Prusa MK3 - 5" Touch LCD Upgrade (STLs + Instructions/Guide)

This contains the cut and prepared, oriented STLs, instructions, and assembly guide for my 5 inch Touch LCD Upgrade for Prusa MK3/3S/3S+ printers!

Update v1.1

I've included more photos I took during assembly, and added links to available SD card socket and USB sockets on Amazon ($8 USD and $5 USD respectively). 

I also want to recommend NOT de-soldering the existing SD card socket unless you have the skill and desire to do so. It will be far easier to simply glue/install a new SD socket, and patch it in to the existing SD socket by soldering wires between the two -- i.e., terminating to the already soldered socket on the board. Ideally with a connector in-between, to make removal of the LCD panel easier in the future.
